Increased global exposure and opportunities lie ahead. Here's why.
"Opportunity," is the word the best sums up Maria José Tobias, GCM East | West’s VP of Global Talent, thoughts about these changes.
"Everyone, but particularly those who will report to global functional areas, will have the opportunity to experience international careers without having to leave their countries," she added.
But it's not as if we're beginning from square one.
We already hav e dozens of employees spread around the globe sharing their knowledge and experience with other teams with myGlobalAssignment, as well as global Development Programs' participants, which offer several opportunities for employees in all positions. And these numbers will increase in the coming years, as the new operating model matures.
